Change Is Constant

Change is constant.

Do you embrace change? Do you welcome the new, different and exciting into your experience? Or do you resist change? Do you cling to what’s old, familiar and comfortable, even if it is actually uncomfortable or painful, and not beneficial to you or others?

Almost all of us resist change to some degree, usually because of fear: fear of the unknown and what change might bring, fear that making changes might be too hard, and more.

Actually, everything is in a state of constant flux or change. It is only our perception, and often our attachment to things staying the same, that makes them appear to stay the same.

Even though many things in your experience may appear to stay the same over time, be it hours, days, years or more, that is an illusion.

Consider that everything you experience is comprised of energy vibrating at different frequencies. The frequency of that energy determines how it shows up in your experience: a fact acknowledged by science and spirituality alike.

Consider also that this energy of everything is actually creating and re-creating itself, moment by moment, constantly: another fact that science and spirituality agree on. It is only our perception, individually and collectively, that causes things to stay the same over time.

Actually, what’s happening is that we are creating and re-creating the same experiences from moment to moment, over and over again, often unwittingly or unconsciously. We do so because of our fear of change, and yet we all have the power to change anything, in any given moment, as individuals and collectively.

Change is constant, and you, I, and all of us have the power to change and create anything our hearts desire, now and always. We only need to remember our power as creators and co-creators of every aspect of our experience, and then consciously choose to make the changes we want, in order to experience them.
