You are One. I am One. We are One. All is One.

Are there individual expressions of, experiences of, the One? Yes. Yet they are all aspects of the same One, All-That-Is, from which everybody, everyone, everything, flows forth.

If you ever feel alone, lost, separate in some way, consider the possibility that such feelings are simply results of a grand – often very convincing – game of ‘hide and seek’ that you’re playing with yourself.

The way to master, change, ‘win’ or even end the game, is simply to remember, recognize and realize who you truly are… a truth that you already know in your heart.

You, I, We, are One. All is One. There is no ‘other.’

Realize yourself. Realize your Self.

Let go of the illusion of separation from anybody, anyone, anything.

Remember, recognize and realize that you are one with everybody, everyone and everything. Know that you are creating every aspect of your entire life and experience.

When you choose to let go of judgments, noise and restlessness of ego-mind, and let thoughts pass by without attaching to them, you have an opportunity to truly remember, recognize and realize Yourself; your true Self.

And when you do, you realize that You have been ‘here’ all along.

No matter how ‘bad’ anything (or anyone) may appear; no matter how challenging anything may seem; no matter how hard or painful anything may feel; you are more than capable of resolving, repairing, transmuting, healing, liberating, releasing and Loving it (or them) free.

There is absolutely nothing that you cannot handle. You’ve got this, because You Are That.

Open up to fully, consciously remember, realize and BE the beautiful, brilliant, perfect BEing of Light and Love that you are, exactly as you are, right Now.

The Truth of who and what you are cannot be expressed in words. You are the Divine in form, and as you experience and honour more of the Divine in yourself, so do you in others and in ALL.

Feel, experience and honour your Divinity, and the Divinity of others and ALL. Live as and BE the Divine in form. You Are That.

Remember, recognize and realize that all is, and are, one; all is, and are, connected; you are one with Source, Creator, God, the Universe, the Divine, All-That-Is – however you choose to name it; and you, I and we, are Everything.

FEEL the Love, gratitude, harmony, peace, relaxation, bliss, joy and flow of the All. FEEL your Oneness with, and as, It. BE the Love that you are.

All is Well and Good.

In your heart you know your true brilliance, your true worth, your true Divine nature.

We see it as well; we know your true beauty and perfection, and we honour it. We honour you.

If any part of you has forgotten the Sacred Truth of who You Are, rest assured that it’s okay to remember, recognize and realize it.

It is safe to embody, express and BE the Divine Truth and Love that You Are with passion, purpose, inspiration, freedom and joy.

We already know you are; beyond your human mind, you also know you are.

Know, honour and Love yourself as that; know, honour and Love others as that too.

Beyond the temporary illusions of the physical plane, we are ALL perfect, beautiful BEings of Light and Love.

You are brilliant, beautiful and Divine perfection exactly as you are, right Now.

And yet Divine perfection – and therefore you – can still change, explore, evolve and expand. It already is, and it always is.

When you allow yourself to create, co-create, express, experience, play, learn, grow and enjoy the process, you can do, have and be anything. Yes, anything!

And as you do, while also acknowledging, embodying and Loving the brilliance, beauty and Divine perfection of yourself, others and ALL exactly as we are right Now, you can literally create worlds and more.

Indeed, you already are.
