Just Relax, Naturally!

If you ever feel stressed, anxious, tight, constricted, or otherwise tense in any way, the obvious antidote is simply to relax.

Of course, shifting from a state of tension to relaxation can seem very difficult for many of us. However, it becomes much easier when we remember that relaxation, not tension, is our natural state of being.

A state of tension actually requires you to expend energy: you have to work to create and maintain it. Not so with a state of relaxation, which is natural.

When you choose to let go of everything and “just be,” what happens?  You relax, naturally. It’s your default setting, so to speak.

And then when you relax, your vibrations rise and your awareness increases. You get out of your head and into your heart, and new, creative solutions to whatever caused you to tense up in the first place can present themselves.

So if you ever feel tense in any way, choose to pause for a moment. Take 3 deep breaths, center in your heart, and just relax, naturally. Return to your natural state of being.

Your entire experience will improve as a result!
