If you ever feel unsupported, unsafe, ‘alone’, or otherwise ‘unloved’ in any way, allow yourself to remember and realize that you are never alone.
Every one of us is supported, protected, surrounded and unconditionally loved by legions of Divine guardians and guides, in every moment, now and always.
Our angels, archangels, Ascended Masters, soul family, star family, and many more beings of light are constantly with us, and they are always available for help, guidance, protection, support, reassurance and more… even a ‘love hug’ to lift our spirits!
All you need to do is ask, and your family of light will respond. You do need to ask though, and be open to receive their energies.
Being open to your family of light does require you to be “in tune” with them. You don’t need to be at the same level of vibration as they are, but you do need to be in alignment with their energies.
If your personal vibration is at a very low frequency – for example, if you’re really despondent, depressed, tense, angry or afraid – then you may not be able to sense your family of light’s presence.
In order to help yourself “tune into” their presence, state your intention to connect with them, and ask for their assistance. Notice how you’re feeling in that moment. If you’re still in a low-frequency state, take a step back, and take ten deep breaths into your heart. Relax and let go of any worries, concerns, anxieties, fears or other things your mind may be holding onto.
Empty your mind of thoughts as completely as you can, and relax into your heart center. Allow yourself to let go of any low-frequency vibrations and feelings, any dark or dense energies, and “relax into nothingness.” Doing so will help bring your energies and vibrations to a level of neutrality and openness so your family of light can assist you more effectively.
Once you have reached that stage of connection with your family of light, you will find that rising up in higher vibrations of light and Love becomes easier and easier!
