Good Or Bad

‘Good’ and ‘bad’ are labels we create based on how we judge something (or someone) to be. If we like it, we consider it good. If not, we consider it bad.

However, one person’s good can be (and often is) another one’s bad, and vice versa. From a higher and wider perspective, nothing (and no one) is ‘good’ or ‘bad’. All is essentially neutral.

Consider shifting ‘good’ and ‘bad’ to ‘prefer’ and ‘not prefer’. We can prefer, or not prefer, to engage with something (or someone); there is no need to judge it (or them) as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ in every circumstance.

When we shift in this way, we open up to acceptance and unconditional Love; something that we all prefer to experience in our hearts.

Love, You.
