In all aspects of our experience, one of the most powerful things we can do is “be the observer.”
When you choose to be the loving observer of your “inner world” as well as your “outer world,” you become the conscious observer-participant in all aspects of your experience.
In your inner world, being the observer means that you consciously observe your thoughts as they arise, and then choose whether or not you want to engage with them. Any thoughts that you choose not to engage with, you simply let go of. Allow them to flow through and away, with Love and gratitude for the service they provided.
Also allow yourself to experience any emotions and feelings that arise. As a loving observer, you are free to let them flow through and away with Love and gratitude, just like your thoughts.
In your outer world, being the observer means that you observe all that you experience in the “world of form,” including people, places, things, events, situations and circumstances, and consciously choose whether you want to engage with them. Let go of all that you choose not to engage with, again with Love and gratitude for the service they provided.
All that appears in our experience does so for a reason. By choosing to be the observer, we empower ourselves to be the conscious, powerful creators and co-creators that we are.
